Versatile Manoj Bajpai has been given the ‘guruji' status by some of the new actresses in Bollywood.Manoj is acting in director Pankaj Parashar's yet-to-be-titled thriller alongside dusky Nethra Raghuraman and Khallas girl Isha Koppikar.

Both the actresses, being rookies before the camera, have to ask Manoj for acting tips quite often on the film's shooting sets. And Manoj, being the sport that he is, acts out their scenes and helps them with the dialogue delivery, much to the delight of helping hands on the sets.The svelte actresses have even begun to call the actor ‘guruji' out of respect and seniority.
