Suman Ranganathan is at loggerheads with the producer of her film Ek Stree for using obscene posters to promote the movie.Months after the spat between Manisha Koirala and director Shashilal Nair over the depiction of nudity in Ek Chhotisi Love Story, another similar controversy seems to be brewing up.

This time, it is lesser-known Suman Ranganathan who is protesting against the promotion of her movie Ek Stree as a raunchy and erotic thriller by the film's Chennai-based producer R Shankar.

Suman is complaining that the obscene posters of the movie, starring south Indian actor Dheeraj opposite her, has a body-double instead of her posing for it. About Ek Stree, Suman says: "It's a decent film about a woman and three men." The film, made originally in Tamil, has now been dubbed in to Hindi and Telugu.
