Akshay Anand aka Brijesh of Saat Phere is a very fine and senior actor of the television industry. Few days ago there was news that he was not satisfied the way his role was shaping up in the show and he is going to quit the show.

He felt that his character was not showing any progress but then we saw Akshay continued in the soap, having faith in the creative team. We called up Akshay and asked about the matter.

He said, "Yes, I wasn't so happy the way my character was progressing before but now I am very satisfied.

I just felt that from quite some time my character was losing its importance and I felt like withdrawing the show but now it's shaping as per my expectations. The show has taken a generation leap and I think all of us will now get to play something different from what we used to play before."

Well, even we wouldn't have liked a talented actor like Akshay moving out of a long running and successful show like Saat Phere.
