Shilpa Shetty is very fond of the safari in South Africa and has been wanting to go there for a long time now.

Since, she is in South Africa for the IPl along with Raj and few close friends, they decided to do that, as they wanted a much needed break. The whole group landed in Singita yesterday and were staying at Lebombo

. They all went on a drive yesterday and they were really lucky to see a pack of lions. A source close to Shilpa said "Shilpa nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard it roar.

They also saw hippo's in the water hole, and a giraffe (poor thing was injured), Baboons Impala's, kudu's and the most regal African Elephants. They had a lot of fun. That place is completely cut away from outside world,

No phone networks and no TV in the rooms. Shilpa has never enjoyed cricket so much, it's been a great weekend. She is going back to Joburg today, next match in Durban against Kings XI" Come on Royals... HALLA BOL.
