Deepti is differnt. She won all the accolades with Farooque Shaikh for movies like Chasm-e-Badoor, Saath-Saath, Katha, Rang Birangi and Kisi Se Na Kehna. Since then both of them have been very good friends. Now she is back in the Bollywood but with a difference. No you won`t see her in Crying Mother roles instaed she`ll be seen as 40-something landlady who has an affair with her young paying guest in Freaky Chakra, there`s one person she sorely misses - her co-star of many films, Farooque.

She says, `He is a total charmer. He can just sweep you off your feet, and before you realize it you are a Farooque Shaikh fan. I miss him in Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai. He has got a way with puns. He does all that in a Farooque Shaikh manner, which only he can do. Nobody else can copy that. If someone else would try to, it would seem bitchy.` Genuine compliments indeed from one sensitive actor to another!
