Perizaad, who is a trained Western classical ballet singer, has been very selective about her acting projects ever since the beginning of her career. After her noticeable debut in Nagesh Kukunoor's semi-realistic film ‘Bollywood Calling', she played a crucial role in the Chinese film Bandung Sonata that was produced by the largest film production studio in China. Then followed another international project titled Namaste.

But Perizaad has now begun to show interest in acting in Bollywood films. She has signed her first Hindi film titled ‘Jogger's Park', which will be produced by Subhash Ghai. ‘Jogger's Park' will have Perizaad playing a modern girl who goes to any lengths to realize her dreams. The shooting for the film will begin in the second week of March.
