Actress Kirron Kher, who is set to be a judge on Colors' new reality show "India's Got Talent", says she guides her son Sikander for his Bollywood career often, but he turns a deaf ear to her advice.

"My son is quite independent but I am protective about him. Whenever he asks for my advice, I do help him but he also gets a lot of unasked advice and guidance from me, which is rarely followed. It happens all the time, " Kirron told.

Sikander made a dull start with films like "Woodstock Villa" and "Summer 2007" and he stayed away from the limelight after these films.
