Eros Entertainment's Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu starrer Aa Dekhen Zara fell victim to the producers v/s multiplexes stand off and was not released in the multiplexes.

The film had released on March 27th when the production and distribution sectors were all geared up to suspend all new releases indefinitely in a bid to boycott the seven warring multiplex chains.

The film was a box office failure and within three weeks of its release, Aa Dekhen Zara's DVDs and VCDs were officially out in the market.

But then as soon as the strike ended with all the issues between producers and multiplex owners settled, Aa Dekhen Zara was released in multiplexes on Friday 12th June by Eros

. But this experiment failed miserably as the strategy had clearly misfired. The box office collections for the film were very poor. Naturally all those who had seen it on home video and DTH channels were no longer interested in paying ticket prices at multiplexes just to watch it on the big screen.
