John Abraham has come a long way. He has tasted his share of success with Jism and now he has been signed to play a leading role in Pooja Bhatt's debut film as a director and titled Paap: Through Sin She Found Love. Paap is a love story between a guy (John) who believes in violence and a girl who reforms him. Mahesh Bhatt is writing the script of the film, while Anu Malik will score the music.

How is the model turned actor taking all this? "In between shoots, if I do manage to steal a couple of hours to myself, all I want to do is to catch 40 winks," he states apologetically. One look at his date diary and calendar does indicate that he has "arrived" with his to-do time table being choc-o-bloc with shooting schedules, story sessions and dubbing hogging all the space. But when the hunky actor is seen sauntering into his favorite restaurants late into the night almost every other day, he is invariably chaperoning his "one and only great friend," Bips.
