After a stint in Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat, Apara is back to theaters. She is doing a Marathi play called U-turn. It reflects the narrow Indian mentality towards the companionship between a man and a woman.

Story revolves around the two individuals, a retired and divorced Major of Indian Army and a widow. "Their children are settled in their own lives, leaving them alone. They seek companionship in each other but when they decide to officially unite; their children disapprove of their relationship", she briefs.

‘U-turn' has bagged many accolades and has successfully run 25 shows in Mumbai and now it is set to go countrywide.
