The actress is the brand ambassador of Reebok, and was in the capital to introduced the new fitness regime, especially for women. It was launched in association with globally renowned entertainment company Cirque Du Soleil.
Bipasha demonstrated a few exercises along with a fitness expert using the FlySet, which is a special-designed piece of equipment for the workout.
"Right now I have just had a small taste of it but yes, when you do an hour-long workout like this, you actually will feel like you are flying. It's really fun, " Bipasha said after trying it.
"There are a lot of women, and some of my friends too, who don't like to go to the gym and this kind of a workout is great fun because they will get to join a group class and there will be music."
"At the end of the day, you'll feel like a child - you will jump, fly and you can do just about anything. At the same time, there will muscle toning, stretching, lengthening, " she added.
Jukari Fit To Fly has been launched in India in partnership with gym chain Fitness First. Interested candidates can enrol for the workout session at the Fitness First studio in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon after which it would be available at more outlets of the chain.
