Fampus for his bariton Amitabh Bachchan will lend his rich baritone for a Sufi song to be sung by Pakistani singer Abida Parveen for producer B.R. Chopra's Baagbhan. The song, composed by music director Aadesh Srivastava, is believed to be based on Sufiana poetry by one of the renowned Sufi saints. The song has been composed in Qawwali style.

Since Abida Parveen hasn't been issued a visa to come to India, Aadesh will record her song in London and dub Bachchan's voice in Mumbai. It may be mentioned that Bachchan has so far sung two songs for Baaghban. These include a Holi song, a fabulous ballad Main Yahan Tu Wahan Zindagi Hai Kahan. The Sufi song with Abida will be Bachchan's third one for the movie.
