This gorgeous and lissom lass is all set to make her presence felt, once again. That too not in one, but two films A friend of Nargis said, "After the success of Garam Masala, Nargis was busy doing films down South. Offers to do Hindi films came her way but none were worth her salt."
Choosy and selective Nargis preferred doing only two Hindi films during this interim period — 'Morning Walk' and 'Kushti'.
Nargis says, "The first is Inox's maiden venture 'Morning Walk' that marks the debut of Arup Dutta as a director. I play the lead opposite Shayan Munshi in the film."
Interestingly, Nargis's second venture is being directed by Priyadarshan's AD Rajeev Kumar. Kumar was impressed with Nargis' work in 'Garam Masala' and was keen to have her on board for his debut venture 'Kushti'.
The subject of 'Morning Walk' and 'Kushti' are very different and that is why Nargis said yes to them. Nargis firmly believes in moving about her career slowly and steadily and etching a memorable impact rather than doing a dozen films and going nowhere. For Nargis the wait is worth it.
