Love is in the air for Alisha Chinai, the Queen Bee of Indi pop. "Yes, I'm in love and I couldn't be happier. His name is Romel Kazzouah and he's Canadian. We met when he came to Mumbai last year. It was love at first sight," she says. So what does Mr Right do? "He's partly in the music business as he and his uncle produce albums. They also run a restaurant and a construction business. He shuttles between Dubai and Toronto, and now Mumbai," she says.

"He's based in Toronto and I'm here, but we both keep going back and forth to be with each other. On the last trip, he asked to me to get down on one knee and ask to marry him. I suppose that was his way of asking me to get marry him. We're probably going to tie the knot in July." Does that mean an impending move to Canada? "I'll definitely have to move to Toronto eventually. The music scene is in a little bit of a slump here anyway." Now, Alisha's making plans to fly to Canada in May to meet Romel. "He's such a gorgeous, sexy and goodhearted man. He's all I have ever wanted. I simply can't wait to be Mrs Alisha Kazzouah."
