When the whole world is busy bashing Salman, there are quite a few who are really in a fix on what to do with this brat of Bollywood. One of them is our Bengali lass Rani Mukherjee. She has worked with Salman in his home production and share very cordial relationship with the Khan clan. On the other hand if the Tabloids are to be believeved Rani was the one who came between Vivek and his long standing girlfriend Gurpreet. So no need to say what kinna friendship she is having with Vivek. Many in the film industry who with both Salman and Vivek have either completely ignored the ongoing debate or else, have given diplomatic statements.

Rani would love to do that as well but the only problem is she is too honest to allow tact overrule. When media went to town with the news and coverage of the hullabaloo between the two affected groups, there were a few phone calls to the Bengali actress' residence too for her version of the story. Now Salman and Rani have been friends for a long while But at the same time, she has been equally pally with Ash and now with Vivek who is supposedly the new man in her friend's life.

Her version about the spat was thus as confused as she herself is at the moment. "Salman is a good friend and I am doing a film with him. I can't imagine him saying all those nasty things. Vivek and I are great pals too and worked very well in Saathiya. Why would they have a fight at all, I don't know," said the usually chirpy actress in a rather serious tone. Now which side is her bread buttered? Unfortunately, even "great support and confidante" Ash is bedridden, leaving Rani with no choice but to issue more ambiguous statements whenever the press hounds her.
