Vishal Bhardwaj doesn't seem to be very pleased with the decision of censor board giving ‘A' certificate to his forthcoming film Kaminey. More than the decision, he could
not digest the reasons behind the decision. Especially, the one with a political connection involved.
"I could not believe my ears when censor board zeroed on the word Pilibhit to be controversial. Actually, one of my character introduces himself as a native of Pilibhit, a
constituency in UP, " says Bhardwaj.
He goes on to add, "However, to my surprise censor board ordered me to remove the word and use any fictitious name
instead, as there has been a political controversy involved with the Pilibhit constituency."
‘Ignorance is bliss' is all we can say Mr. Bhardwaj. All you can do now is to take a lesson and go ahead with the flow.
