We hear that cracks have already started to appear in the much hyped relationship. In a shockingly candid interview, Rakhi revealed to leading daily that it's not just the obvious communication issues with Elesh, but her thinking and illiteracy that are clashing with her polished beau. She believes Canadian fiancé Elesh Parujanwala and she are not made for each other.
"I have met Elesh just twice after the show. Once we went out for a coffee and next when he came over to my house on Sunday for a party I had thrown for friends. I hardly know him well enough. How can I say he is the one for me?", wonders Rakhi who has recently converted into Christianity.
Rakhi is also sceptical about Elesh's flirty nature and the string of affair he had had in the past with none turning into a serious relationship and fears he might loose interest in her very soon.
"Elesh had a string of affairs, and none of them lasted more than a year. He also said he loses interest in women very quickly. It's scary for me, especially after I have gone through a broken relationship. I don't want to be heart broken again," Rakhi says carefully. "Though Elesh says he loves me, I need my time to decide".
Rakhi said that she still hadn't got over her break up with Abhishek Awasthi and wasn't prepared for another one.
"I am still carrying a huge amount of my past with me. He didn't love me, but I did. I was left heart broken, so naturally I'll take my time to bring back the trust factor in a relationship. Moreover, the contestant who came for my show were such cheapsters, hungry for publicity that it left me disillusioned about love and men," admits Rakhi who extended her Swayamvar invitation to Abhishek who failed to turn up.
Rakhi also revealed that she chats with Manas Katyal everyday as she got along quite well with him.
"I am in touch with Kshitij, Raman and Maanas. But it's Maanas that I chat with everyday. We get along very well. I quite liked him, and could have chosen him, but there was a huge age difference between us," she reveals.
Rakhi will be seen in Dil Bole Hadippa with Shahid Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee. Other than that, Meghna Gulzar's 36-26-36 is Rakhi's next film along with Jaya Bachchan.
