Having done a dozen of films in Bollywood, Ashmit now goes to Hollywood's sunset boulevard, ahem...‘Florida Road' to be precise. Apparently, Ashmit has recently done a film ‘Florida Road' which is ready for release.

Film is about an Indian family that has recently moved to Durban, South Africa. In this firangi film Ashmit is playing the role of a 20-year-old son in the family who aspires to become a screenplay writer.

Vipin Sharma, who played Darsheel's father in TZP, is now playing daddy dear to Ashmit in this Hollywood flick. The film is about father-son relationship.

Initially, the father in the film has difficulty in understanding his son, but with the untimely decline of his health, they come closer and finally he understand his son's aspirations.

With TOSS on the anvil of release, Ashmit has his fingers crossed for the back-to-back Bollywood and Hollywood releases this year.
