In a recent appearance on Sa Re Ga Ma L'il Champs, the little host, Afsha, asked Govinda what his nickname Chi Chi means. Now haven't all of us been wondering that for quite some time now?

Govinda flashed his beaming smile and replied that Chi Chi means Lord Krishna's little finger that carried the weight of the Govardhan Mountain. Apparently, it was Govinda's mother, Nirmala Devi, who came up with both Chi Chi and Govinda.

Speaking of his mother, Govinda was in tears when a contestant sang the song, Maa from Taare Zameen Par. He admits that the only time he felt low and lonely was when his parents passed away. Yoga and meditation helped him out of his depression. Well, aren't we happy to see the King of Comedy smile all the time?
