Sussanne Roshan and her mother, Zarine, were robbed at the Milan airport yesterday afternoon around 3pm IST. They
were about to get onto a Milan-Mumbai flight when they realized that Zarine's bag was missing.
The bag
contained credit cards, some valuables and their passports. They were then stuck in Milan. They contacted the airport
authorities immediately and told them about the incident, after which they tried hard to catch the thief but in vain.
The two women then called up their friends and family who immediately emailed photocopies of their passports.
Sussanne and Zarine then approached the Indian Embassy for getting their new passports issued.
Later, they
checked into the hotel they had been staying at for their holiday. They will return tonight or tomorrow. They are upset
about the theft because it was an unfortunate incident after a nice holiday.
