At the last minute, Bipasha Basu has cancelled plans of performing at a television channel's Diwali special show. She dropped out at the last minute because she didn't want to be the only Bollywood star performing among the TV stars.

She was scheduled to be a part of the grand finale of Diwali Mela Dilon Ka along with Ajay Devgan and director Rohit Shetty to promote their film and Bipasha would be the only one performing.

But she then pulled out claiming that TV was only for stars who weren't sure about their Bollywood career. The show will see TV stars like Shweta Gulati and Rajeev Khandelwal.

However, Bipasha denied ever having even heard of the show.
