On the last day of the shooting of the film Khel, which also stars Suniel Shetty and Ajay Jadeja, Celina was terribly unwell.But refusing to be dogged down by the fever, Celina got up by 4 am and rushed to the nearest doctor and endured a strong injection to kill the pain.

And by the time the rest of the crew reached at the location, Celina was there already, relaxing in her van. She was a little pale but was all perked up to give the scene her best shot.
