Sushmita Sen is not living 'Thanda' this summer as her relationship with the leading soft drink maker has gone sour. Despite her mum over the matter, the industry is abuzz with the rumours regarding her contract problems with Coca-Cola and harassment charges against the company's marketing head Sripad Nadkarni.

Sushmita was roped in as the first female artiste to promote company's leading brand Thums up. Her manager Punkoj Kharbanda admitted on the actress's behalf that ‘‘serious issues were pending between her and the top management of Coca-Cola Atlanta and India. In this situation, Ms Sen is unable to make any comments or respond to the reported statements of Nadkarni or spokesperson of Coca-Cola company''.

Though the Coke officials have dismissed harassment allegation but admitted that there were issues between Sushmita and Coke relating to the contracts which the lawyers were trying to sort out.
