Filmmaker Vipul Shah has announced that he is set to give a sequel to Singh Is Kinng. The film will star both Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.

Vipul is almost ready with the script and has finalized Akshay and Katrina for the sequel. This time, the film will be made on a larger scale.

Vipul confirmed the news stating that the script was written keeping them in mind. And he felt that it was necessary to cast them both in the film, as he is sure audiences want to see more of their pair. The film will begin shooting by mid- 2010.
