While Karisma is getting ready to take a walk on the isle, Nandita Mahtani is watching all the proceedings with bated breath. She's ex wife of Sanjay Kapur and runs designer store 'Ananya' with the clients like Elizabeth Hurley, Beyonce Knowles and Gauri Khan. The copule have been separated for two years but got divorce only two weeks ago.
Though she has no plans of playing a spoilsport but Sanjay's apathy is somewhat that is still hurting her. "When I heard rumours about Sunjay's engagement and asked him about it, he denied it. That is hurting me. I wish he had told me himself", she says but adds, "I'm happy for him. He has moved on and so have I."
Her eyes fill with sparkles when you ask her about the new man her own life. Does the name Dino ring a bell? Yes, intersetingly, Nandita is seeing Dino Morea who was linked to Lolo few months back when the two were doing Tinu Verma's Baaz – A Bird In Danger together.
But then she shrugs, "Dino is a very close friend. He's been there for me through my tough times. We have mutual friends, but we got closer when we were going through breakups at the same time." As they say, the film industry is one big family and one helluva small place! Hey Lolo, won't you just agree with that?
