Shweta Kawaatra and Varun Badola have been entertaining the audience by portraying a sweet couple on Sab TV's ‘Sonu Sweety' which shows them sharing a hot and sour relationship. The lead actors of the serial are quite comfortable with each other as they have been real friends since long but there is something that makes Shweta hit Varun frequently.

No, there is no fight between these talented actors! It is just that Shweta's habit of getting into the skin of character earns Varun a slap.

Shweta explains, "My character in the serial is that of a cute demanding wife and sometimes while acting if I have a part where I have to ask or fight with Varun then sometimes I hit him on the shoulder, kabhi kabhi taang pe maar deti hu or give him a backslap.

This happens many a times while acting but since we are friends from the last 15 years we are very comfortable."

So, does Varun go red by the end of the day's shoot? "I used to initially say sorry to him but now we have given up. He tells me often ‘yaar lagta hai tumhara haath' and I know it does as I am a pakki Punjabi kudi. He doesn't get angry though as he has got habituated to it" says the pretty Shweta laughingly.

These actors seem to have really ‘hit' it off while shooting for the funny serial it seems.
