Akshay Kumar is busy preparing these days for his trip to Canada where he will be running with the Sacred Torch for the Olympic Relay. For those of you who don't know Akshay Kumar is the Indian Brand Ambassador for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

"Akshay will run with the torch on December 17. He has been allotted the province of Ontario. In all probability, he will take part in the leg passing through Toronto, " said a source close to the actor.

Reveals the source, "Akshay is working on his fitness in spite of his busy schedule. He is keen on being his fittest at the event."

We are already aware of how Akshay Kumar even today is the fittest actor in the industry and was also recently named as the ‘Sexiest Actor' by an esteemed magazine.

The source goes on to add, "Akshay goes for regular runs and is also working on his cardio. He is one star who never takes anything for granted. If the Olympics thought him worthy of being its ambassador Akshay is going all out to prove them right."

Akshay, who has been honored with Japanese ‘Katana', also received his sixth degree black belt. His 1st invitational Karate Championship was also a huge success and now he will represent India in the world's biggest forum for sports, the Olympics.
