"I'll dance with the one, who has the smallest one!", tells Bipasha Basu to the group of boys.

After hearing it, the guys move away one by one barring this lad who comes up to her and says, "I have a small one."

No, the svelte Basu hasn't signed any naughty film, it's just a sequence from her latest Panasonic cell phone commercial, which boasts of it's small size.

While some of you may find it funny, that is not the case with Anupam Kher who recently took over as the censor board chief.

"I almost fell off my chair when I saw that ad. I know, times are changing and we need to usher in liberal policies. But we also need to keep the Indian audience in mind. Such ads are outright vulgar and couldn't be allowed", he exclaims.

Bipasha's advertisement is just a tip of an iceberg. Looking at the certain music videos and films with bolder themes, it seems that Kher has a pretty tough job at hands.
