"I want to take a break from acting this year. So no shootings for me. I would like to concentrate more as a producer," Aamir said at a press conference in Big Cinemas here late Friday.
"I will be reading scripts as an actor but I am not sure whether I would be saying yes to acting. I would like to market my films internationally as I personally feel that our films have potential in the international market," he pointed out.
This year, Aamir will be seen in home production "Dhobi Ghat", which has been directed by his wife Kiran Rao.
With his 'one-year-one-movie' plan, Aamir has managed to deliver superhits one after another and says he has been lucky in terms of directors and scripts.
"I try to pick up films that I love or which move me emotionally. I have been lucky in the last 10 years to be successful. It's because I have been lucky enough to work with directors who are very very good," Aamir maintained.
