If India and Pakistan can do it, why can't Bollywood people?
Going by the trend of thawing strained relationships this winter, Priyanka and Sanjay Gupta has decided to burry the hatchet and move on with the business.
Sanjay signed Priyanka for his latest film 'Plan' but the trouble began when the producer refused to clear her dues of Rs 13 lakhs. Priyanka was ready to reciprocate and gave a thumb down when the producers asked her to dub the film.
The tussle took an ugly turn as Gupta dragged her to court for non-performance of contract, alleging that he had already paid her Rs. 10 lakh.
But as we already said, it's the season of patch ups, so the good sense prevailed in the end. Sanjay indirectly admitted that he actually didn't pay the actress and sent her a cheque of Rs. 9,47,500 leaving no reason for her to be upset.
The entire tussle had softened the fiery Priyanka as well. The pretty lady, who set the screen on fire in her debut film 'Andaaz', is considering an image change. The former Miss World will be next seen in the 'more sober' role of a housewife in 'Yakeen', a romantic thriller, directed by Girish Dhamija.
