While the shooting of a Holi song for their film Action Replay, director Vipul Shah and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan showed how socially conscious they are.

The song was supposed to be shot with lots of water and color but the idea was shelved when they realized how much water they would be wasting at a time when the city was facing a water crisis.

Vipul had decided to shoot the song with a special camera and had prepared the visuals when he thought they shouldn't waste so much water.

Vipul is happy with his decision and states that had they gone ahead with the plan, they would be wasting 70-80 tankers of water.

Even Aishwarya agreed with his decision. So while the scale of the song is still huge, it is a Holi song without water. Isn't it nice to see our B-town celebs doing their bit for the society and the environment?
