If you want to know what ample skin show can do to your career, meet Mallika Sherawat. The girl is back from Bangkok after shooting for 'Murder' with some cough and cold but surely a lot of anger in her eyes.
What's wrong Mallika?
"It is because of getting wet in skimpy clothes while shooting. But overall it was fun. 'Murder' has shaped up very well. The entire plot revolves around me. That's quite something for a girl who has just started her career and has no connections in the film industry." she gushes.
Then why this angry young woman look?
"Though it was a nice experience but I must say, all the perverts in the world live there. Every girl is looked on as a hooker. I got tired of being propositioned while shooting in Pataya. One thing is for sure, I'll never in my life set foot there again," laments Mallika.
Anurag Kashyap's 'Murder' is a bold film. It deals with the predicament of a housewife, who wants the passion back in her life and hence is torn between her husband (Ashmit Patel) and her lover (Emran Hashmi). No wonder, the steamy scenes caught the glimpse of every passes bye in Bangkok.
According some onlookers, Mallika had a hard time coping up with all those masculine advances.
"What else do I do in this crazy jungle?" she asks.
"When men make passes I pretend not to understand. I guess that comes with the territory. But I'm still waiting for one who has more balls than me."
Any takers?
