Popular Kannada actor Sudeep is embroiled in a new controversy. He has been accused of slapping his assistant
director Sagar on the sets of his film, Kanwarlal.
Sudeep has however rubbished the rumours. He states
that he is not the kind to hurt his subordinates. He states that he just taps people when he feels something is
getting out of hand, which is exactly what happened with Sagar.
Sudeep's longtime associate Suresh began to shout at him in Sagar's defence. Sudeep admits that shouting on
the sets makes him angry and he didn't think it was nice of Suresh to start screaming. However, Suresh is now
apologizing for what happened.
Sudeep reveals that he tries to keep his calm and remain quiet even when he's angry. He feels that there are very
few people in India who can act, direct and produce. He being one of them has to ensure that he keeps a check on
everything happening on the sets and yet look fresh for the shots.
