She amazed you with her girl next-door image in 'Tere Naam' but don't get fooled by her petite looks. Just watch out her latest movie 'Run' and you'll find out that Bhumika can easily give 'Run' for money to any of the sultry nymphet in Bollywood.
A good girl in real life plays Abhishek Bachchan's love interest in the film.
The chemistry between the duo was so strong that they really started to feel vibes for each other. Narrating one such incidence Bhumika says, "We were shooting at the Taj Mahal where Abhishek had to say ‘I love you'. I don't know what happened, but suddenly I felt very shy and had to ask for retakes. It was very funny and Abhishek teased me mercilessly. "
But the going for Bachchan junior wasn't all easy either.
There was a scene in the film, where Abhishek lifts her and twirls her around. So conscious was the chota B that he forgot his dialogues each time he did that. It took seven takes before Chawla murmured the dialogues into his ear and completed the shot.
Apart from winning many fans with her short stint in Bollywood, Bhumika has been able to win an unusual friend like Salman too, who is recommending her to various bigwigs in the industry.
Her eyes glistens with joy as she says, "Salman Bhai oops.. Salman is a darling and a gem. I am extremely fond of him."
The pretty lady has stopped calling her Bhai after Salman forbade her to do so.
"He has issued strict instructions that I have to stop calling him Bhai in public. He jokes that he will be running behind me on screen and the audience will think this is some bhai-behan ki jodi," she exclaims.
