While a fat pay cheque of 40 lac will leave most of us dancing on our toes but it won't budge some one like Mallika Sherawat, who was getting the hefty amount to perform a dance number in Aamir Khan's epic 'The Rising'.
"Good actors don't thrive on item numbers", she opines and adds, "I won't play second fiddle to anyone in my upcoming films. I guess, meatier roles not the blink-and-you-miss songs are needed to stay ahead of the pack."
