It looks like the International cricketers of Srilankan team have great affinity for Indian films. Previously, we had one
of the top-charting players from this team approaching Hrithik Roshan for a super-hero project. Surprisingly, much
impressed with the script, the B-Town hunk has accepted to work with him.
And now, we get to notice that Muttiah Muralidharan is well versed with Tamil film industry. In his recent interview in
a satellite television, this Tamil speaking cricketer mentioned that he's very much fond of Tamil films and will not
afford to miss any of the latest releases.
When asked about his favorite film of all times, he instantaneously replied saying, "Superstar Rajnikanth's ‘Sivaji –
The Boss' and I had watched this film for 15 times". Totting up one more film to his favorite list, the actor admitted
that Kamal Haasan's ‘Nayagan' is the film he loves watching all the time.
Maybe, in near future there are possibilities of embarking a new journey for Muralidharan in film industry as he
decides to retire from international cricket after the ICC World Cup 2011.
Let's convey our heartiest advance birthday wishes for Muttiah Muralidharan as he celebrates his 38th birthday on
day after tomorrow (April 17)...
