Actor-producer Anuuj Saxena turned into a real life saviour when he saved his "Chase" co-star Tarina Patel as she fell into Srinagar's Dal Lake while shooting for a song in the film.

The pair was shooting a romantic song sequence on a shikara when Tarina lost her balance and fell into the water.

"Kashmir is a paradise that's why we chose it over other options for the romantic song. Shooting in a shikara was also an interesting experience but while standing in the boat, Tarina lost balance and fell in the Dal Lake and in attempt to rescue her I also fell into the water. Luckily the water was not cold and I know swimming so I could save her, " said Anuuj.

The film, which released on April 30, also stars Udita Goswami, Samir Kochar, Aditya Raj Kapoor, Tarina Patel, Rajesh Khattar and Shweta Menon.
