'Keshav Pandit'- a character which will represents a mix of Amitabh of 70's and Robin Hood is all set to surface on Indian television from the 15th of May.

With this, Balaji Telefilms, for the very first time, will produce the weekend thriller along with Zee TV. It is an adaptation of the best selling novels by the famous writer Ved Prakash Sharma. On the press meet held recently, the COO of Zee TV, Nitin Vaidya, spoke about the concept and expectation of Zee TV from the show.

"The show Keshav Pandit will foray into a new genre on television. Our previous venture with Balaji Telefilms, Pavitra Rishta, has given us great results and we expect a path breaking success through Keshav Pandit. I am sure that Keshav Pandit will prove to be the pride of Zee TV." said Nitin Vaidya, COO of Zee TV.

The writer of the novel, Ved Prakash Sharma, couldn't make it but the queen of the Indian television industry, Ekta Kapoor, was present there.

Speaking about the show, Ekta said, "I am sure people will like the story as I did, this is an entirely new concept that will surely click with our viewers. I know what our viewers want; they don't want big houses, a lavish lifestyle but a good story and Keshav Pandit is our answer to it."

Let's see how far Keshav Pandit succeeds in preaching law to a common person and if it reaches their hearts, starting from the 15th of May, every Saturday, at 8:30 P.M. Keshav Pandit will bring stories that will be high on intrigue and entertainment.
