Actor Arjun Rampal, who will be seen in Prakash Jha's forthcoming film "Raajneeti", is planning to quit smoking after he wraps up "Ra.One".

The 37-year-old star has been smoking since his college days, but is now preparing himself to kick the butt.

"Proud of (wife) Mehar who has stopped smoking, the kids after my life to quit now. Will try again after I finish 'Ra.One', " he wrote on his twitter page.

The actor is currently filming for Shah Rukh Khan's "Ra.One" and the action packed shooting schedule seems to have taken a toll on Arjun's health as he is down with viral flu.

"Sorry have been really unwell. Popping Vitamin C and antibiotics yuck!!! Hate taking pills... tough four days ahead, the thought of wearing the 'Ra 1' suit makes my viral look meek, " he wrote.
