Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the producer of the blockbuster "3 Idiots", is excited that his film has been nominated in 14 categories at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards and says that he is really looking forward to the event.

"I really appreciate IIFA because it is when the whole film fraternity gets together. At the IIFA Weekend, the whole film fraternity gets together and there is a feeling of togetherness. It not something like you just go and pick your award and come back, " said Chopra.

"3 Idiots", which starred Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor and was directed by Rajkumar Hirani, has been nominated in categories like best film, best actor, best director and best music, among others.

IIFA, 2010, organised by Wizcraft, will be held in Colombo June 3-5.
