Coca-Cola seems to make more foes in Bollywood than winning some friends. After Sushmita Sen, it's Suneil Shetty's who is going to turn the heat on the cola giant.

Shetty, who was signed to endorse the 'Thumbs Up' a few years ago is angry with the fact that the company is still using his face to promote the product despite his contract expired four years ago.

"Yes, I am taking action against Coca-Cola. Despite my repeated requests, Coke guys didn't stop using his face to endorse their products on billboards and hoardings. I'm not being paid any oyalty nor Coke has my contract been renewed," he says.

Incidentally, the Shettys (Sunil Shetty's community), who own a huge number of restaurants spread all over the country threaten to stop using the cola at Suneil's behest if the company doesn't heed to his request.

However, all that an official spokesperson from Coca Cola is willing to say is, "The matter is sub-judice and will be dealt in court."
