Bhandarkar installs CCTV cameras in his office to protect himself against casting couch allegations
Madhur Bhandarkar is taking no chances of being accused of propagating the casting couch.
The Fashion
director recently installed close circuit television cameras that will monitor all the activities in his office so that he can
have solid proof in case any aspiring star decides to accuse him of improper behaviour.
It took 12 days for
Madhur to get three cameras installed, one at the reception room in his office, one in the interview room, and one in the
audition room.
Apparently Madhur has not forgotten the accusations made by one Preeti Jain in 2004, who claimed that he had raped
her while promising her a role in his next film.
With his production house announcing two new films, the number
of aspiring actresses approaching him for roles has increased. So Madhur decided to avert another Preeti Jain possibility
by installing CCTV cameras in his office.
