It is always advisable to sleep for 6-7 hours. But the tele stars can hardly adhere to the rule as they have to report for their shoots as soon as they receive their calls.

Ratan Rajput (Laali of 'Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo'), is reportedly suffering from asleep disorder bordering on insomnia too. Although her condition has not yet been confirmed, she is definitely having trouble sleeping.

In a recent conversation, Ratan says, "I don't know what's wrong; I yawn and go to sleep at the wrong time. I don't feel like sleeping when I get the time whereas I feel like having a good 2 hours of sleep when I am at work."

Since when do you have this problem? "It was not a problem before but now I can experience it. It has become so bad that it creates problems while shooting." adds Ratan.

She says, "We are shooting back to back for the show these days, but the problem is becoming really unbearable. Sometimes I don't get to sleep for nights especially when I'm on a holiday. On the other hand, I feel like dozing off when I need to keep awake. I really don't know what's happening to me. It's a sleep imbalance or something."

No need to be panic Ratan, the only solution to this is to take a break and chill!
