The buzz in the industry is that Karisma Kapur's mom Babita is the reason the Dil To Pagal Hai actress and her husband Sanjay have mended their relationship.

After Karisma had her second child Kiaan, Babita came to stay with her for a few months. Babita was to look after the children (Kiaan and Karisma's first child, Samaira) so Karisma can get some much-needed rest.

That's when Babita realized how much time her daughter and son-in-law spend away from each other.

She called up Sanjay and insisted he talk out his issues. Next, she insisted Sanjay and Karisma talk about what's troubling them.

The two had a long conversation which cleared up the air between them. Sanjay is now spending more time at home with Karisma. The family is now planning a vacation.
