In her column that features in a daily, Shobhaa De called I Hate Luv Storys director Punit Malhotra the "main villain" for making a bad film and added that she'd "spank him" if she "saw him in public."

The first-time director could not digest this criticism and vented on his Twitter account against her. He said: "I am waiting to be spanked by a fossil who is so bitchy because she isn't getting any."

Sonam Kapoor retweeted his comment. But minutes after it was posted, the tweet was deleted from both their accounts. C'mon guys, that is why Shobhaa De is who she is. She stands by what she says.
