Salman Khan has been lying low for a while. Did he have the most dramatic change of heart? Naah... we don't think so.

While talking to the media person at the press meet of 'Phir Milenge', which deals with the HIV/AIDS, Salman once again showed why he is called THE brat in Bollywood.

"Sex is something we don't talk about openly in India. I want the film to be a platform for discussion. I want parents and teachers to take their children to this film. This film should have been made 10 years ago. If we had, we would have saved several lives. As famous people we have a responsibility to the masses," gushed Salman.

Taking a dig at Karan Johar and company he said, "Phir Milenge film is not only about AIDS, it's a love story. It's not a pakao film like K3G, I know what my audience wants."

We must say, Salman Khan doesn't stop to make the headlines even with his off screen capers.
