Full of glowing terms in praise of Avika the youngest bahu on the Indian TV, the director of the film Parbhakar Shukla says, "She is a thorough professional. She read the script and understood the character she has to do dubbing for.
It took some retakes and then the dubbing process went on so smoothly. And she thoroughly enjoyed the work. We are so happy that we chose a clever girl like her."
A source says, "The movie is about the story of a twelve year old orphan, Baru and his fearless journey to free his sister, Anannya, from the clutches of the Devil Prince- Zukayu. Fondly called as Ani, she goes missing from home and Baru takes on the responsibility to find out her. The film will be released by this October."
About her experience Avika says, "It was totally new to me as even I don't know the character. But once I read his (Baru's) character I got a hang of him."
Dubbing for the animated character was a first-time thrilling experience for Avika because she had to pour out her own emotions into the dialogues of somebody else through her voice. Besides, it was challenging to lend her voice to the person who she is not in the know of.
"She had to get under the skin of the male character and mould her voice to be a bit heavy, " adds the source.
Get ready to hear your little Anandi's voice as brave Baru!
