Bollywood has very few actors, who can claim to be good friends. Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn can be counted as
one of them. Dutt has proved it many times and again Sanju has come to help Devgn.
Sanjay has
reportedly changed the release date of his next movie Knockout only to avoid clash with Ajay Devgn's next release
Aakrosh.
According to a source, "Priyadarshan's movie Aakrosh and Mani Shankar's Knockout were scheduled to release on
October 1, 2010. But as Ajay and Sanjay are very close friends, it was decided to postpone the release of Knockout
to either October 8 or 15.
Sohail Maklai, the producer of Knockout, also happens to be a close friend of
Ajay. When he observed that both the movies have same release date, he called up Sanjay to inform this. On
hearing this, Sanjay called up Ajay in no time to sort out the matter".
In this way, the matter is solved in just few minutes. Confirming the news, Sohail said, "It's true that we mutually
decided to postpone the release of Knockout by one or two weeks".
He added, "I called up Sanjay, who is in South Africa now. He then took Ajay on the conference. We decided
mutually that we should not hamper each other's business by releasing the two films on the same day. Our director
Mani Shankar is finalizing the edit in Mumbai so we have enough time to reschedule the date and then go promoting
it".
Hope the two friends of Bollywood make their bond stronger in the coming days thus helping each other!
