Emotional Atyachaar has run into trouble. Vijay Gutte's film starring Ranvir Shorey, Mohit Ahlawat, Kalki Koechlin and Vinay Pathak has been slapped with a notice from UTV Bindass.

The channel, which has a show of the same name, feels the movie is similar and/or is identical to their reality show which spies on cheating partners in relationships. The channel wants a stay on the use of the title.
