Sreeram, who returned to his hometown Friday night to a rousing reception by his fans, met Chief Minister K. Rosaiah at his office Saturday.

The chief minister lauded Sreeram for bringing laurels to Andhra Pradesh and wished him success in his future endeavours.

Later, addressing a press conference at Ravindra Bharati, the singing sensation from Bowenpally said he won the title because of the support and affection of his family, friends and admirers. He also said he would work hard to bring more glory for Telugus.
